Appearance:

(best after 26-Dec-11) Deep black with a long lasting thick beige head with heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Chocolate spread on barley-rich toasted bread, burnt currants, liquorish and charcoal.

Taste:

Creamy mouth feel. Heavily roasted malt, espresso coffee bitterness and bitter chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Chocolate and mocha coffee with long lingering coffee.
