Distilled and aged over 50 years in oak before being transferred to a glass demijohn, some might say this is proof that "they don't make them like they used to". However, they do and this is really proof of Armagnac’s prolonged ageing potential.

Sampled on 23/03/2013

Clear, golden amber with faint green flecks.

Palma violet and elegantly spiced varnished oak and orange marmalade.

Dry yet rich with dried fruit and violet. Incredibly fruity and vibrant.
