This herbal liqueur is made by steeping mountain plants from Mallorca in neutral spirit.

Dulces is the sweet version of this drink, which is also available in a Mezcaladas (mixed( 30% alc./vol., and dry (40% alc./vol.) versions. All three versions are bottled with plant stems in the bottle.

Appearance:

Clear, golden yellow with slight green hue.

Aroma:

Oily lightly herbaceous mint.

Taste:

Syrupy, honeyed with a lightly herbaceous minty, aniseed, honey, sugar syrup sweetness with a touch of cocoa powder, and far more white milk chocolate as it opens up.

Aftertaste:

Herbal mint finish with light aniseed.
