Review and Tasting

Sampled on 04/04/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

New leather, vanilla, vegetal peat and toasted coconut with light menthol, orange zest and cedar wood. Water releases more spicy wood and vanilla custard.

Taste:

Salty, leathery lemon and grapefruit zest with vegetal peat and black pepper woody spice. As with the nose, water releases vanilla custard with light nuttiness.

Aftertaste:

Salt and pepper vegetal note - think Chinese restaurant crispy seaweed with a touch of nuttiness and lingering peat.
