Review and Tasting

Sampled on 19/05/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Green apple, pear, fig and raison with delicate cinnamon spice and orange zest.

Taste:

Fresh and light but with intense flavour. A refreshingly honest Cognac without the heaviness of added boise. Apple and pear stewed fruit lead with sweet raisin and pastry sweetness held in check by zingy cinnamon spice and orange zest.

Aftertaste:

Lingering dry orange zest and cinnamon finish with white chocolate covered fruitcake.
