Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Buttery toast, nubuck leather and pastry dough with chargrilled sweetcorn and faint marzipan.

Taste:

Medium/full-bodied spicy, smoky and buttery with toffee apple fruit, wheat bread, almonds and cinnamon.

Aftertaste:

Long spicy, buttery and smoky. Big, bold yet mellow – a great example of new world whiskey.
