This 23 year old Islay single malt was aged exclusively in ex-port casks before being bottled without chill-filtration. Only 12,000 bottles of this limited edition were released in August 2013.

Appearance:
Coppery golden amber with rose gold tints.
Aroma:
Wood smoke and leathery sandalwood. Water releases vanilla fudge, dark chocolate and plum pudding with nutmeg spice.
Taste:
Smoky toasty dry oak with smoothing sweet vanilla balancing charcoal and black truffle. Delicate notes of plum/cherry.
Aftertaste:
Smoke continues to waft around the long vanilla, walnut and charcoal finish.
