Clear, bright gold.
Chocolate, treacle and rum ‘n’ raison ice-cream with faint new shed creosote note.
Sweet, powerful and delicately smoked with nutty sherry influence. Water tones the sherry to leave a beautifully balanced palate.
Delightfully salty finish. Generous peat but far from being a monster.
