Distilled from the pomace of Fragolino grapes from the Nonino Cru vineyard fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks under vacuum, immediately followed by artisanal batch distillation in steam stills built by Benito Nonino for the distillation of grapes.
Rested for six months to a year in stainless steel tanks. Packaged in hand-blown and dated bottles which have stoppers and level markers made of Murano glass, coloured according to the vine variety.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Wood bark and chocolate, green grape and faint mint leaf.
Taste:
Peppermint freshness turns into white peppery spice with eucalyptus with green sappy woody grapes.
Aftertaste:
Sappy grape, white and black pepper spice.
