Review and Tasting

Sampled on 13/12/2014

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Freshly sawn oak - fresh pencil shavings, earthy old leather, nut shells and walnuts.

Taste:

Dry, nutty, woody and earthy with faint bubble-gum, apricot jam and ripe pear.

Aftertaste:

Earthy nutty finish with cinnamon and black pepper spice. Overall: Youthful and exuberant with in-your-face freshly sawn oak yet easy to sip.
