Review and Tasting

Sampled on 16/04/2015

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Peaty, oily white bread crust with medicinal phenols, faint pear and apple fruit. Water reveals vanilla fudge.

Taste:

Chewy smoky peat with cigarette ash, green apple fruit and sweet vanilla. Water brings out fabulous orchard fruitiness and zesty orange.

Aftertaste:

Long. Lightly oily, elegantly spicy and peaty.

Overall:

Sump oil covered crusty banquette filled with pear and apple with an orange zest twist.
