Matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks for 6 years and finished for 31 months in ex-French Hermitage wine casks from the northern Rhône, all within traditional Scottish donnage warehouses. The innovative lid to the box this malt is packaged in doubles as a bottle display plinth and a leaflet holder.

Clear, deep golden amber.
Red apple, zesty lemon and lime, and cooked red berries with toasty malt, vanilla fudge, light earthy smoky peat and cinnamon. Water amplifies toasty malt, vanilla and citrus zest.
Full-bodied and dry with spicy oak, mild peat smoke, cinnamon and white pepper spice, creamy milk chocolate and vinous fruit. Takes water well, revealing zesty tangerine, biscuity malt and vanilla.
Long dry finish with lingering peat smoke and spice.
A big robust malt with dry spicy oak, mild peat smoke, cinnamon and white pepper spice tamed and made more interesting by creamy milk chocolate, vinous fruit and vanilla.
