Toasty and yeasty – brioche, rich tea biscuit, ripe brie cheese moving to freshly toasted bread, tropical pineapple and peachy fruit with floral honeysuckle.

Gentle yet voluptuous mouthfeel. Toasty and complex. Hazelnut shell, toasted almond, baked apple and peach, not quite ripe pineapple and lemon zest citrusy lightly acidic bite.

Dry, mildly nutty biscuit with apple skin, not-quite ripe pineapple and lemon zest.

Overall

Medium to full-bodied with harmoniously married flavours. Toasty and lightly nutty with orchard fruit and refreshing citrusy bite.
