Appearance:

(sample tested BBE Nov/17) Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Opaque, deep purple.

Aroma:

Intense black cherries and black cherry jam.

Taste:

Sweetness balanced by acidic tartness. Intensely flavoured black cherry. Thick mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering black cherry boiled sweets/hard candy.

Overall:

Convenience of use and a long shelf-life coupled with good black cherry flavour, makes Re'al Black Cherry Puree an attractive option for cocktail use.
