Made using an alembic still and then aged for an undisclosed period in two Brazilian native woods, Cabreúva and Amburana, along with American oak.

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

(sample bottle lot No. 01/16) Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Dried grass, freshly cut bamboo and sugar cane, red apples and white pepper.

Taste:

Very slight honeyed sweetness. Bamboo, chamomile, vanilla fudge, unrefined cane sugar, dried grass and light white pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

White pepper spice, sweet bamboo and chamomile.

Overall:

Characterful and mellow with distinctive chamomile and dried grassy notes, along with some vanilla fudge and red apple.
