Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with a – yellow-green tinge.

Aroma:

Green apple skin and elderflower, lemon zest, gooseberry and mint.

Taste:

Dry with crisp acidity. Pear, apple and zesty lemon with tart gooseberry, floral elderflower and flinty minerality.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with crisp citrusy acidity and distinctive elderflower influence.

Overall:

Dry, zesty and refreshing with assertive citrusy acidity balancing ripe fruity and floral notes.
