The draft (spend cooked grain) left after brewing this beer is dried in an innovative drum dehydrator and then ground into bakers’ flour.

The beer itself is a full-flavoured pale ale brewed with Best Pale, Rolled Oats, Wheat and Crystal Malts and hopped (hot and cold) with Mosaic, Cascade and El Dorado hops using Lallemand New England yeast.

Hazy, amber with a thick and retentive off-white depositing good lacing.

Overall:

Generous bready maltiness and fruity hops with light floral influence and assertive hop bitterness. Considerable sustainable credentials without sacrificing flavour.
