"Produced entirely by hand at the vineyard", this ancholado pisco is a blend of Quebranta and Italia grape varieties.
PiscoLogía pisco is distilled from estate-grown grapes wine by vineyard owner and master distiller, Nati Gordillo. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure selection of the best grapes and these are crushed by foot, fermented and single distilled in a 300-litre copper pot still. Prior to bottling, PiscoLogía benefits from a six month maturation period in neutral casks (twice the required period).
Established in 2008 by Meg McFarland, PiscoLogía is a 100% women-owned brand exclusively produced by Nati Gordillo at her winery and distillery near Azpitia, Peru.

Crystal clear.
Faint green grape skins and faint white pepper with jasmine and faint old-fashioned linseed oil window putty.
Assertive white pepper spirituous spice. Green apple skin, green grape and dried apricot with sweet pineapple esters.
Long green apple skin and green grape finish with white pepper spirituous spice.
Honest and small batch. Even the light orange skin textured surface of the glass bottle looks and feels artisan. Good fruity flavours with subtle funky esters.
