Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Pungent mastiha with spearmint like freshness and chalky minerality.
Taste:
Slightly sweet with intense mastiha flavour. Superbly clean with minty freshness.
Aftertaste:
Clean cleansing mastiha freshness throughout the long finish.
Overall:
All the clean intense mastiha flavour of the best competitors but with a mellow palate that makes other mastiha appear harsh.
