Review and Tasting

Sampled on 30/09/2019

Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw gold.

Aroma:

Zesty pink grapefruit, soapy sawn softwood and faint passion fruit.

Taste:

Pink grapefruit, passion fruit and mango with tart acidity.

Aftertaste:

Acidic and citrusy finish with more passion fruit and mango.

Overall:

Citrusy and fruity with flavours of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and mango. Intended as a cocktail ingredient and sampled diluted with water. Beware of the very high (pH 1.7) level of acidity in this cordial.
