Review and Tasting

Sampled on 24/02/2020

Appearance:

Clear, pale rose pink.

Aroma:

Raspberry ripple ice-cream, vanilla, rose blossom, light piney juniper and black pepper spice.

Taste:

Cooked raspberry, rose water, piney juniper, vanilla and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Piney juniper and black pepper spice with ripe raspberry and potpourri.

Overall:

Raspberry ripple ice-cream, vanilla and rose blossom sit awkwardly with more traditional gin notes.
