Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Clear and light golden in colour.

Aroma:

A honeyed nose with the merest hint of salt and vinegar crisps.

Taste:

The soft, elegant palate has biscuity maltiness with balanced sweet honeyed notes, vanilla crème anglaise, a touch of fresh nuttyness and a light citrus, sea spray garnish.

Aftertaste:

Creamy, malty, fruity finish. Easy drinking – perhaps too easy for some Scapa aficionados.
