Aroma:
Delicate. Salty sea air and flinty petrichor.
Taste:
Faintly herbal with delicate umami flavours, bright cracked black pepper spice with a touch of salinity.
Aftertaste:
Delicately herbal with lingering peppery spice.
Overall:
I've defined this delicatly herbal as a "savoury" due to its slight salinity and umami notes. Perfect served as a frozen shot to accompany oysters or in a Bloody Mary.
