Based on recipes dating back to the 1800s, Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Dry Curaçao is made by macerating bitter curaçao orange peels, sweet orange peel, vanilla, prunes and lemon peels, along with other botanicals in eau-de-vie.
This is re-distilled and blended with aged brandy and cognac and then matured in oak casks.
