Appearance:

(bottled 11-October-2010 No. 197/223) Clear, deep golden with bright yellow highlights.

Aroma:

Appealing 'jump right in' fruity nose with elegant spiced leathery oak.

Taste:

Big palate with sweet stewed fruit, dried pineapple, quince, sharp apple fruit with burnt fruit cake crust and vanillins balanced by spicy dry oak, ginger, bitter tea tannins, dry nuts and old leather.

Aftertaste:
