1. Muddle the Ginger
2. Add in all the ingredients (except tonic water)
3. Put in ice and Shake well
4. Serve into a highball glass with ice
5. Top up with tonic water and place the garnish on top of the glass
6. Now its ready to serve
1 2/3 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Malbec red wine |
1 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
1 dash (4 drops) | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
2 dash | Chocolate bitters |
1 Splash | Maraschino liqueur |
1 barspoon | Strawberry puree |
Top up with | Tonic water |
