
Mint and star anise
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin.
Add a few (4-8) pieces of crushed ice.
Seal tin and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Pour contents of the shaker tin into a hurricane glass.
Add crushed ice until the ice is mounted over the top of the glass.
Add a straw and garnish with mint and star anise.

3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut |
1/2 fl oz | Vanilla sugar syrup |
