
Dried Apple Ring
1. We prepare a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass and our shaker. (In my case a Tin-in-Tin Shaker) and our Garnish (Dried Apple Ring)
2. All ingredients in the shaker and then shake on ice
3. After that, it is strainend roped into the glass. (With Hawthorne Strainer )
4. Finally, attach the garnish to the rim of the glass using a small clip and serve.
1 1/3 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1/3 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Eager Apple Juice |
1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
