fresh orange peel

How to make:

use soda machine or soda gun and Lapsang Souchong tea make tea soda
put others ingredients into boston shaker, Shake with ice till enough dilution and cold
strain in to a milk frother, Whipping the foam well
Mix with our tea soda in cup , put in refrigerator till it chill
pour rest the liquid and put the straw
garnish with orange peel and done

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Monin Muscovado Sugar Syrup
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Double cream / heavy cream
1 fl oz Egg white
4 drop Vanilla bitters
Top up with Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
