Serve in a Cup

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
30 ml Monin Muscovado Sugar Syrup
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Double cream / heavy cream
30 ml Egg white
4 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters
Top up with Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
