Rocks glass

Garnish:

collins ice half blue half white and little blue ice rocks

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake for another 30 seconds and serve by double straining into a rocks glass with a white and blue collins ice and crushed ice

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Blue curaçao liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Pineapple juice
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Egg white
1/2 fl oz White tea (cold)
1/4 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
