Basil leave
Gentle Middle the basil leaves along with fennel seeds and cucumber then add honey water, ginger juice, cocktail foaming agent followed by Hayman's old tom gin and dry shake it. Then again shake with ice and double stain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with holy basil leave.

1/3 fl oz | Ginger juice |
4 leaf | Basil leaves |
1 dash (4 drops) | Cocktail foamer |
