How to make:

Slap and add mint to tin, build inside cocktail the cardamom is a simple syrup. Ingredient not listed. Build cocktail inside of tin and box serve up in nick and Nora with orange peel and micro flower garnish.

1 1/4 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Dry vermouth
1/2 fl oz Manzanilla sherry
3/4 fl oz Wray & Nephew White overproof rum
1 dash (4 drops) Orange bitters
1 dash (4 drops) Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
18 cupful Mint leaves
3 drops Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
18 cupful Green cardamom pods
1 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
