How to make:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker(without Prosecco)shake well with ice cubes, and filter into a chilled coupe glass. Finally, add Prosecco sparkling wine.

| 1 fl oz | Tanqueray No. Ten Gin |
| 1 fl oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
| 1⁄3 cupful | Mint leaves |
| 1/6 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
