Coupe glass

Garnish:

Luxardo Maraschino Cherry. (If you don't have a cherry, you can enjoy a shot of Heering Cherry Liqueur as a garnish:))

How to make:

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2 1/2 fl oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
