Sugar Syrup and desiccated coconut rim to the glass. 2 Cocktail cherries sitting in a lemon peel "hammock" threaded onto a cocktail stick
Brush the outside rim of a Martini Cocktail Glass with Sugar Syrup. Then roll three quarters of the glass rim onto a flat plate of desiccated coconut flakes. Put the glass in a fridge or freezer to chill thoroughly
Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake well and fine strain, carefully to avoid coconut flakes appearing on the surface, into your prepared cocktail glass.
Balance the Cherry and Lemon Garnish on the edge of the glass
| 2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Coconut flavoured rum |
| 1/3 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
| 2 dash | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
