1 Cocktail Cherry over the Ice Block, or held up with a Cocktail Stick. Zested and discarded Lemon Peel. 1 Dash of Chocolate Bitters on top of the drink.
Pour in a Mixing Glass the ingredients, add Ice and Stir for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain over a Big Block of Ice in an Old-Fashioned Glass.
Garnish with a Cocktail Cherry, Zest a Lemon Peel over the top and Discard it and Dash over the Cherry one more Dash of Chocolate Bitters.

| 1 1/3 fl oz | Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 2 dash | Scrappy's Chocolate Bitter |
