How to make:

Combine all ingerdiants in shaker.
Dry shake, wet shake.
Double strain into frozen old fashioned glass.
Garnish with maraschino cherry on pick.
(Optional garnish: strip of angostora bitters on foam)

1 1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Disaronno amaretto
1/3 fl oz Talisker 10 Year Old single malt
1 1/6 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1/3 fl oz Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
1/24 fl oz Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
