Serve in

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Maraschino cherry with "snow flakes" of sea salt.

How to make:

In a mixing glass add the following:
30 ml of Cherry heering liqueur
20 ml of Stauning rye whiskey
10 ml Choya original umeshu plum wine
10 ml Grahhams fine ruby port

Give it a gentle stir in the mixing glass with ice to dilute it.
Pour it in a coupe glass.
And for garnish sprinkle some sea salt on a maraschino cherry, place it on a stick and your drink is ready to enjoy.

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Stauning Young Danish Rye Spirit Drink
1/3 fl oz Grahham's fine ruby port
1/3 fl oz Choya original umeshu plum wine
