Serve in

Martini glass

Garnish:

Chopped almonds (peeled)

How to make:

Mix all ingredients, except the cream, in to a mixing glass and stir for 10-15 seconds.
Pour the cocktail in to a Martini glass.
Whip the chestnut cream so its lightly whipped and float on top of the cocktail.
Garnish the cocktail with chopped peeled almonds.

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Ron Zacapa 23 Sistema Solera Gran Reserva Rum
2/3 fl oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
2 dash The Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters
1/6 fl oz Vanilla Syrup (1:1.75, 3 vanilla pods for 3L syrup)
Float Chestnut cream (10cL cream, 4cl liqueur de chataigne, 1cl sugar syrup (1:1.75))
