The King's Gimlet

Express a piece of grapefruit rind over the cocktail before garnishing with it, easing it into the drink so not to disturb the crown jewel within the gold.
How to make:
Shake all the ingredients except the Cherry Heering with ice, then strain into a martini glass. With a spoon close to the surface of the liquid, carefully pour the Heering into the middle of the drink so it sinks through and pools (or jewels?) at the bottom of the glass.

| 1/6 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
