Garnish:

It's Christmas - so garnish with a sprig of redcurrants or berries on a cocktail stick (frosted if you like- see notes) to bring a Christmas bauble vibe. Photo shows frosted cranberries.

How to make:

Shake all ingredients except the kirsch with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Float a teaspoon of kirsch on the top.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
4 drop Chocolate bitters
1 fl oz White crème de cacao liqueur
1/6 fl oz Kirsch liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Raspberry flavoured vodka
