~In a mixing glass, add~
-25ml Cherry Heering
-20ml Courvoisier VS
-25ml Cinnamon Syrup
-2 Dashes of Fee Brother's Aztec Chocolate Bitters
~Stir down with ice for 30 seconds~
~Add a second scoop of ice~
-20ml Courvoisier VS
~Stir down with for 30 seconds~
Single strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
-Orange Twist

| 1 1/3 fl oz | Courvoisier V.S. |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters |
| 5/6 fl oz | Cinnamon syrup |
