Half a fresh orange wheel, coated in Demerara and cinnamon mix and blow torch till toasted and crisp.
How to make:
Add all 6 ingredients into a mixing vessel, fill with ice and stir down.

| 5/6 fl oz | Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif cognac |
| 3 dash | Borghetti di Vero Caffè Espresso |
| 3 dash | Frangelico hazelnut liqueur |
| 2 dash | Chocolate bitters |
| 1 dash | Coffee bitters |
