Coupe glass

Garnish:

Rosemary sprig and two cherry on a metal skewers covered by powdered sugar to make a snow effect.

How to make:

Start smoking the glass using a fresh rosemary bunch.
Add all ingredients starting from Cherry Syrup, so it's easier to dilute it completely during the stirring process. Stir and pour into a chilled and smoked coupe glass. Close with the garnish.

2/3 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur
2/3 fl oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
1 fl oz Hennessy VS Cognac
1/4 fl oz Cherry syrup
1 dash (4 drops) Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters
1 leaf Rosemary sprig
