Coupe glassGarnish:
two Luxardo cherries (optional). I like to drop them in the bottom of the coupe.
How to make:
1 part lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 part rye
1 part Génépy liqueur (could be Strega, could be Yellow Chartreuse)
1 part Cherry Heering
finely grated rind of one lemon (optional)
Combine everything in a shaker, add ice, shake vigorously. Strain (using a sieve) into a coupe glass.

| 1 fl oz | Dolin Génépy le Chamois Liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
