
Celery thinly sliced and placed on the ice cube (the reason to do this is so that you get fresh aromas from the celery with every sip)
Muddle Celery stick in a mixing jar
- Add all the ingredients in the jar
- Stir in a constant circular motion for 3 and a half minutes and until the temperature of the liquid reaches -3.75 degrees
- Strain in to a Richard Brendon Double Old Fashioned Tumbler - Fluted glass
- Clear Ice Block of 7.5x5x5 mm

2/3 fl oz | Hennessy VS Cognac |
1/3 fl oz | Sūpāsawā sour cocktail mixer |
1/6 fl oz | Aperol Aperitivo |
1/3 fl oz | Somerset Apple Eau De Vie |
10 gram | Celery stick (fresh) |
