
For garnish light with a torch or a lighter a cinnamon stick until it start to smoke and dust cinnamon on top.
First you need to brew a clover and cinnamon tea
we gonna use 6 cloves and 1 cinnamon stick for the infusion and 120ml filtered water. heat the water until boiling point.
Let it infuse for 7 minutes with a lid on top.
After the tea is ready carefully add it into a cocktail shaker with 7.5 ml sugar syrup, 22.5 ml of Heering, 5 ml lemon juice and 3 drops of vanilla essence and ice.
Shake it till all the ice melts.
Pour into a cool Toddy Glass. Enjoy :)

1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
