Garnish:

an ear of wheat and a poppy seed

How to make:

*Smoked plum 50 grams, raisins 50 grams, barberry 20 grams infused in 500 ml of Ukrainian vodka Staritsky & Levitsky 3 days - 45 ml
*Poppy syrup - grind 30 grams of poppy seeds in a mortar, add 300 ml of simple syrup and bring to a boil, let cool for 30 minutes, strain through a waffle towel - 30 ml
*fresh lemon - 22,5 ml
Heering Cherry Liqueur - 15 ml
white of one egg - 22,5 ml
dry shake, shake with ice and double straine

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Staritsky & Levitsky vodka
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Egg white
1 fl oz Poppy syrup
