Rocks glass

Garnish:

Garnish with some grated chocolate and a maraschino cherry.

How to make:

Add the vodka, cherry heering and Kahlua into a shaking tin with ice. Shake until cold and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Float the cream on top or stir in to mix.

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Vodka
1/2 fl oz Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur (16% alc./vol.)
1 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
